Jack Beaver
moves to Alvin with his parents from Happy Hollow, Oklahoma.

Jack Beaver arranges the purchase of the Aaberg Truck and Tractor
Company, which had the International Harvester dealership for the area.

Riley Godwin bought an interest in the venture and became the
company’s general manager.

The present corporate structure was chartered and Alvin Equipment
Company Incorporated became its name.

The IH Industrial and Heavy truck lines are added.

Jack Beaver becomes CEO of the company.
David Beaver (second generation) is named president.

A new 32,000 square foot modern facility is built on Hwy. 6 East.
The facility includes 8,000 square feet of air conditioned office
and display space, a six bay lawn & garden shop, and a twelve bay
truck and heavy equipment shop.

Alvin Equipment becomes a full line Kubota dealer.

Houston County Equipment in Crockett, Texas is established.

Alvin Equipment becomes a full line Hyundai dealer.

Alvin Equipment gains recognition as the #1 Hyundai dealer in the
U.S.

Third generation Chad Beaver is named Vice President in charge of
sales.

Greg Beaver, also third generation, becomes manager of Houston
County Equipment, Crockett, Texas.
